AMERICAN MADE PEPTIDES
AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE

These Affiliate Program Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between American Made Peptides (“AMP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity enrolling in the AMP Affiliate Program (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”).
By submitting an affiliate application or participating in the AMP Affiliate Program you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The AMP Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring customers to amp-pep.com through unique tracking links or
approved promotional codes.

2. ELIGIBILITY
To participate in the AMP Affiliate Program you must:
2.1 Be at least 18 years of age
2.2 Have an active website, platform, or promotional channel
2.3 Operate in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
2.4 Receive written approval from AMP prior to beginning promotion
2.5 Not be a direct competitor of AMP
AMP reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion without explanation.

3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
3.1 Standard commission rate is 10% of the net order value of referred sales
3.2 Enhanced commission tiers may be offered at AMP’s sole discretion based on performance metrics
3.3 Commissions are earned only on completed, paid orders that are not subsequently cancelled or refunded
3.4 Commissions on refunded or cancelled orders will be reversed from affiliate account balance
3.5 AMP reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with 30 days written notice

4. TRACKING AND ATTRIBUTION
4.1 Affiliate referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links and/or promotional codes
4.2 Tracking cookie duration is 60 days from initial click
4.3 AMP is not responsible for lost commissions resulting from customer cookie deletion, ad blockers, or browser privacy settings
4.4 In cases of disputed attribution AMP’s tracking system records are final

5. PAYOUTS
5.1 Commissions are paid monthly on or around the 1st of each calendar month
5.2 Minimum payout threshold is $50.00 USD
5.3 Balances below $50.00 will roll over to the following month
5.4 Payouts are processed via cryptocurrency (BTC) at affiliate’s election
5.5 Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment wallet information
5.6 AMP is not responsible for payments sent to incorrectly provided wallet addresses
5.7 Affiliate is solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from affiliate commission income

6. PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES — REQUIRED COMPLIANCE
6.1 RESEARCH USE ONLY LANGUAGE
All affiliate promotional content must clearly communicate that AMP products are sold strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use only and are not intended for human or animal consumption.
6.2 PROHIBITED CLAIMS
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from making:
— Therapeutic claims
— Medical benefit claims
— Health outcome claims
— Disease treatment or prevention claims
— Any claims implying human use
— Any claims not substantiated by peer-reviewed published research
6.3 REQUIRED DISCLAIMER
All affiliate promotional content must include the following disclaimer in a clearly visible location:
“American Made Peptides products are sold strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use only. Not for human or animal consumption. Not evaluated by the FDA.”
6.4 FTC COMPLIANCE
All affiliate promotional content must comply with FTC guidelines including clear and conspicuous disclosure of the affiliate relationship. Required disclosure language:
“[This content contains / This post contains] affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you make a purchase through my link.”
6.5 APPROVED CONTENT ONLY
Affiliates may only use promotional copy, images, banners, and materials provided in the official AMP Affiliate Promo Kit or content they have received written approval for from AMP.
6.6 PROHIBITED PROMOTION CHANNELS
Affiliates may not promote AMP products via:
— Unsolicited email (spam)
— Paid search ads bidding on AMP brand terms
— Coupon or cashback websites without
prior written approval
— Any platform or channel targeting
minors or general consumers

7. BRAND USAGE
7.1 AMP grants affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AMP trademarks and brand assets solely for approved affiliate promotion
7.2 Affiliate may not alter, modify, or create derivative works from AMP brand assets without written approval
7.3 This license is automatically revoked upon termination of affiliate participation

8. TERM AND TERMINATION
8.1 These Terms are effective upon affiliate application approval and continue until terminated
8.2 Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice
8.3 AMP may terminate affiliate participation
immediately and without notice for:
— Violation of these Terms
— Fraudulent activity
— Prohibited promotional practices
— Reputational harm to AMP
8.4 Upon termination affiliate forfeits any unpaid commissions earned through non-compliant promotional activity
8.5 Legitimately earned unpaid commissions at time of termination will be paid at the next regular payout date

9. FRAUD AND ABUSE
9.1 Self-referrals are strictly prohibited
9.2 Cookie stuffing, false clicks, and any form of artificial traffic generation are strictly prohibited
9.3 AMP reserves the right to withhold payment and terminate participation for any suspicious activity at its sole discretion

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AMP’s total liability to affiliate under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to affiliate in the three months preceding the claim.

11. MODIFICATIONS
AMP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TEXAS. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Galveston County, Texas.
