All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of research peptide compounds and strict quality control requirements, American Made Peptides maintains a no refund, no return policy on all orders. All sales are final once payment is confirmed on chain. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Research peptide compounds require strict temperature control and handling protocols throughout their lifecycle. Once a product leaves our facility we cannot verify that
proper storage and handling conditions have been maintained. Accepting returns would compromise our quality standards and the integrity of our research-grade compounds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If you receive:

A damaged product
An incorrect product
An order missing items

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your claim and at our discretion may offer a replacement shipment.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package contact us within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to investigate. American Made Peptides is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Cryptocurrency Payments

All payments are made in cryptocurrency. In the event a refund is approved at our sole discretion, it will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for payment at the exchange rate at time of refund issuance.
